ABOUT THIS HOTFIX

This hotfix consists of a single compressed file
(HFPGPKS70-1.ZIP) which you decompress using an
extraction utility such as Winzip. On unzipping the
compressed file, you will obtain an executable file,
PGPcertd.exe which will replace the existing PGPcertd.exe
file on your machine. You will also obtain a hotfix1.txt
file. If you have any problems with the hotfix, please
contact Network Associates immediately. Contact
information is listed at the end of this file.

ISSUES RESOLVED IN THIS HOTFIX

1) When submitting key reconstruction data for a key that
hasn't passed policy, the key and the reconstruction
data are stored in the pending bucket. When the key
is later submitted again when it does pass policy, the
key reconstruction data wasn't being preserved.
This hotfix now copies the reconstruction data to the
   key that passed policy.
