Terminating A Process

To remove a program from memory, one can end its process from the Task Manager

WindowsNT/2000/XP

1. RIGHT-CLICK on the clock in the lower right corner of the screen
2. Click Task Manager...

3. Under the Process tab, RIGHT-CLICK on the Image Name you wish to terminate

4. Choose End Process
5. A Task Manager Warning May appear, click Yes if prompted
